Girls Day

Julia and I have a 4 day weekend this weekend.  We took advantage of our Friday off with a girls day in Dothan with two of our favorite things - Chicken Salad Chick and shopping!

Tball Life!

Charlotte is all registered for T-Ball so today we went to Academy to get all her gear. Of course she chose a pink batting helmet! She's excited to start practices next week. We'll see how it goes, it's sure to be entertaining at least! 

Saturday Fun

We started our morning  out with the Enterprise Junior Women's Club Color Run. Michael and the girls did the 1 mile fun run. It was an early morning, but the girls love running and getting color thrown on them.

When we were done with the color run we ran home, changed clothes and headed to Auburn for the Auburn/Georgia Equestrian Match. It was our first one and we will definitely be back next year. Julia loved all of it (no surprise there) and it was all free, including the pony rides and tt was a much more intimate setting than you get at a football game. There were only a couple hundred people there instead of 90,000!

The Georgia fans kept barking like dogs and yelling sic 'em. Julia did NOT think it was funny and kept giving them the stank eye!

We hit up one of my old favorites, Niffers, for dinner before heading back to Enterprise.

Today was a long, but fun day!

Mission Explosion - By All Means!

Today the Alabama Baptist Association hosted Mission Explosion at our church. I volunteered and Julia spent the day learning about missionaries around the world. She learned a lot, met new friends, and is now asking to go to summer camp - I don't know if Mama is ready for that!

Michael and Charlotte spent the day together. When I got home tonight Charlotte wanted me to rock her. She takes up most of my lap, but I'll rock her as long as she'll let me!

New Friends and Tutus

Julia got a new student in her class today. She wanted to wear a pretty dress and make today special for their new friend. I love this girls sweet heart!

And this sweet girl dressed her and Saige in matching tutus tonight. Poor Saige even got a bow!

Donuts with Daddy

 Charlotte had Donuts with Dad at her school today. She has been so excited about Daddy going to school with her all week.

I can't believe how big this pretty girl is getting!

I got a phone call from the school nurse this morning that Julia had another headache so I called her pediatrician. He got us right in and saw Julia today. She wanted to wear her groundhog hat in to the office and I obliged since she looked so cute in it!
