Wipe Out Drugs

Today was a BUSY day! Today was school party day for Charlotte, Red Ribbon Parade for Julia, dance party day for both girls, and our favorite Mobile girls, Mallory and Macy were in town for the day!

Charlotte chose to be Belle for school today. She really wanted to wear her candy corn costume but I was afraid it would be ruined before trick-or-treat Saturday night. Julia's class's theme for the Red Ribbon Parade was "Wipe Out Drugs" so they wore swimsuits and cover ups.
The Red Ribbon Parade goes around EEEC and through the car line loop. All the classes pick a theme and walk or ride a float. They also had other entries like the Coffee County and Enterprise queens, Aubie, a State Trooper car, an Enterprise police car, a garbage truck, and lots more!
I left Julia's parade and went straight to Charlotte's Halloween party. She was really too interested in eating and playing to be bothered with taking pictures!
After school I headed straight to the dance studio. Of course we had to change costumes for dance! Charlotte was Jasmine and Julia was a "Ballerina Princess Unicorn".
I had a session during dance this afternoon that Mallory helped me with. She was the best assistant ever! After pictures and dance the girls went to eat at Red Brick and back to Nana and Pop's to hang out until it was time for Mallory and Macy to head back to Mobile.

Mallory drove us around tonight. I cannot believe she's old enough to drive.

Even though this was a crazy day I'm so glad I got to do this fun stuff with my girls and see Mallory and Macy. It was a fun day but I am so ready for bed now!

Halloween Outfits & Brownies

We're quickly running out of time for the girls to wear their Halloween outfits! Charlotte wore this one to church tonight. I got it for Julia at a consignment sale a few years ago and it was too short so I put it up for Charlotte. If you can't tell, she knew she looked cute!

Tonight we went over to Melanie's for a little bit after church. Julia helped Julia make brownies for Dylan's goody bag. She was SO excited that she was making them for a real football player!

EEEC Fall Festival

Whew! Today was a busy day! It started off with fall picture day for Charlotte. She was dressed so cute, I hope she cooperated and smiled.
Ms. Parker posted this picture this afternoon. The class has been bringing in 3D shape objects and making a spooky house out of it. The spooky house was auctioned off at the Fall Festival tonight.
The girls were so excited about EEEC's Fall Festival tonight and finally getting to wear their costumes. Julia kept telling Charlotte that she was going to get to go to "sissy's school" and Charlotte kept talking about going to Kindergarten. Unfortunately, Michael had City Council tonight so I had to brave it with both girls by myself!
a little sisterly fist bump on Halloween

Of course one of our first stops was the pony rides. I'm pretty sure it will come as no surprise that they wanted to ride the ponies multiple times, unfortunately the pony rides cost several tickets so we saved them for other things.
We got to see Tucker. Today is his sixth birthday! I can't believe that sweet boy is six! It seems like just yesterday that he was born.

We rode the hayride before we headed inside for games.
I attempted a picture on the hayride, but Charlotte wasn't too sure about the hayride and Julia was too distracted to look at the camera!
Julia was excited to show off their spooky house. She was especially excited that it was the only one that had multiple bids at that time. I was super excited about that too; it meant I didn't feel like I had to bid on it! She begged me to buy it though. I asked her where we would even put it, she said the front porch!
Since the beginning of the year I have heard about Aaliyah. Julia talks about her nonstop. Tonight I finally got to meet her! When I saw her I had no doubt why they were best friends, she was wearing My Little Pony!
Charlotte was really into the games. She wanted to play all of them!
When we got to EEEC I asked Julia what she wanted to find Ms. Parker. We would do a few activities and I would ask what she wanted to do next and it was always "find Ms. Parker". After we had been there about an hour I sent Ms. Parker a text and we met her at the inflatables outside.
Julia & Eli wanted their picture taken with Mr. Martin.
They had a nutritious dinner of hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, cotton candy, and coke!
I'm not entirely sure what this is, but Julia wanted her picture by it which meant Charlotte had to have hers made. I think it's something from Inside Out.
The girls definitely had a great time tonight, but they were so tired by the time we left. Julia wanted to know if we could do it again tomorrow night!
