Sunday Funday
The girls woke up to a note from the elves that told them that Santa said they better mind! I guess Santa's seen them not minding lately!
Rosemary had some tummy time under the tree this morning. She and I stayed home from church this morning since she's still battling RSV.
After lunch Michael and I took the older girls to see The Star. They loved it and it I loved that it told the true story of Christmas.
After the movie I took Charlotte to Wal-Mart to pick out Christmas presents for Julia and Rosemary. That's probably my favorite thing I do each Christmas. They're both so intentional about what they get for each other. And just because this was so sweet tonight!

Moana
The girls and I enjoyed our last day before I head back to school tomorrow with a lunch date at Momma G's and a movie date to see Moana! So sad to already be headed back to school tomorrow!!

Secret Life of Pets
Today was a rainy Saturday so we decided to spend out afternoon inside at the movies. I think everyone else in Enterprise had the same idea because it was packed! We took the girls to see Secret Life of Pets and I have to say it's the best kids movie I've seen in ages. It got two thumbs up from all four of us!

Megamind
Christie and I took all 5 of our kiddos to the movies in Dothan today. Today's $3 movie was Megamind. I had never heard of it before. I admittedly talked through most of it and we were about 20 minutes late so I still really can't tell you much about it, but our kids enjoyed it! We had the brilliant idea to go to the food court at the mall to eat after the movie. I'm not sure whose idea it was, but somehow we survived!

Big Hero 6
Julia has been asking to see Big Hero 6 for weeks, even though is just came out. She's seen all the games and toys advertised and known exactly what they were so this afternoon we loaded up and headed to Dothan to the movies.
Charlotte's hair falls in her eyes even when it's pulled back on the side so I tried a pony tail today. Of course her first pony tail called for pictures.

This my friends, is what a typical picture looks like at our house!
The movie ended up being a lot cuter than I thought it would be. I didn't expect to like it very much, but I did and the girls loved it.On our way home we passed Krispy Kreme. The "Hot Now" sign was on so we HAD to stop. The girls had never been - they were very impressed! :)
(Thanks to the "Hot Now" sign for the red glow in all the pictures!)

Maleficent
We started our Saturday morning out with lots of fun chores! Everyone was excited at our house! HA! Michael cut the grass and the girls stood by the window and watched. When he moved to the back yard Charlotte went to her room and watched him out that window.

Julia was dressed herself this morning. Michael and I decided that we would take Julia to Dothan to see Maleficent. She was so excited for "alone time without Charlotte" that she dressed herself while I was getting dressed. She got completely dressed - Christmas dress, Auburn bow, and tennis shoes on the wrong feet all by herself. She was so proud of herself!
Charlotte had to have her picture made too! I promise we did dress her today!
Cheeeeeeese!
We dropped Charlotte off with Nanny and Pop and headed to the movies. Julia had to take both of her Lambies.
Popcorn!
We all three really enjoyed the movie. There were a few parts that Julia covered her eyes, but she did pretty good. When we got back to Enterprise we picked up Charlotte from Nanny & Pop's. When we turned on their street we drove right past them. They were down at Aunt Robin & Uncle Tom's playing with Toby. We left there and went straight over to Sarah Christen and Brian's house for dinner. The girls had a blast playing, Julia did not want to leave!
Vacation Bible School starts tomorrow. This is always one of the most rewarding but exhausting weeks of the year!

Planes!
Today was Michael's furlough day so we got up and did some running around town. Julia can't resist Granddad's lawnmower in their garage.
Sweet baby during naptime
Tonight we decided to take the girls to the drive-in. We had never been before so we thought it would be a fun experience. We went to Moe's for dinner and then headed to Wicksburg for the movie.
Julia and Mickey were excited about seeing Planes!
Charlotte was a wiggle worm!!
We had fun but I don't know if we'll be going back anytime soon. The girls couldn't seem to get comfortable and were pretty restless throughout the movie. It was still a fun way to spend a Friday night!
