The girls were so excited today to audition for their very first Nutcracker. Julia was cast as a Candy Cane and Charlotte was cast as an Angel. We can't wait to watch them dance in December!

Sick Snuggles
Rosemary has been feeling pretty yucky after her shots yesterday. She ran a fever this morning and has had an upset stomach so I've gotten lots of snuggles today. I hope she feels better tomorrow!

The girls and I went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch today and I think it's safe to say Rosemary loves it as much as I do. She thought the waffle fries were the best!Monday, May 21, 2018

Prayer for Addison
Today Julia's sweet friend, Addison, had surgery at Children's to remove a 6cm tumor that doctors found on her brain last Thursday. Addison's favorite color is light blue so our community wore light blue today to show our support for her. It will be a week before she knows the results of the biopsy, but we are praying fervently that the it will be clear and she won't have to have any further treatments!
EHS Teachers
Hillcrest Elementary 2nd Grade
Charlotte put my shoes on as soon as I took them off and was walking around the house carrying her baby. I told her that if she fell and hurt herself she wasn't going to be able to play softball tonight or dance. She looked straight at me and said "Mom. I've been doing this for years!"
Charlotte had a softball game tonight. They didn't win and she didn't get a hit tonight, but she still had fun!
