Party Day!

Today was party day at Miss Julie's! Charlotte was so excited for her first Miss Julie's party and it did not disappoint. They bobbed for apples, played carnival games, jumped in the bounce house, busted a pinata, and ate yummy food.

 Tonight Jessica and Layla picked Charlotte up and took her to a Halloween concert at ESCC. I told Jessica she was brave but she said they were good and Charlotte loved going somewhere with a friend by herself!

Share Day - Letter S

Today was Share Day for letter S.  Today's share day item proved to be a little more difficult since we're all packed up and living at Mom's, but we managed to find a Stuffed Scarecrow and Charlotte was pretty happy about it. She said that Miss Julie asked her what she wanted to tell her friends about her stuffed scarecrow and she told them that she liked to snuggle with him. She said "That was kinda not the truth because I just found him last night, but it's ok. Miss Julie doesn't know that"!

Rosemary's Nursery

Rosemary's room was the last "untouched" room in the house because I wanted to take some pictures of her nursery and of her in her nursery before we packed it all up. I finally got around to that today with not much time to spare. I love how they turned out and I hope she'll always know how much love was put into her nursery and how excited we were to bring her home to it, even if she never even spent a night in there!

Golf Lessons

Julia FINALLY started golf lessons today.  She was supposed to start this summer, but between hurricanes, having a baby, and golf camp being canceled due to not enough participation it never happened. She's taking an 8 week session at Tartan Pines through the Rec Center. She loved it and can't wait to go back next week!

Wildcats and Sleeping Babies

Today was Charlotte's first show and tell at Miss Julie's Their letter this week was A so she took her American Girl doll. After school I asked her how show and tell was. She said "well, Miss Julia thought I said her name was LACE, not GRACE! But I just went with it"!

 

It started raining minutes before school got out today so I didn't have time to call and tell Julia to go thorough the car line. Instead Rosemary and I walked over to Hillcrest and met her at the door with her rain coat. Rosemary loved being in the stroller and looking out.

Our realtor came today and took pictures of our house to put it back on the market next week. Here's hoping the third time's a charm!

Vintage Baby

Rosemary woke the whole house up at 5:30 this morning with exorcist-style spit up which required clean clothes for both of us and new sheets on my bed. She sure is lucky she's so cute because we've had a sleepy house all day! 

Today she wore one of my sun suits that Mom saved from when I was a baby. Love this little vintage baby and the little personality she's starting to show us!

It's Game Day!

We were all excited to kick off Auburn football today, especially since Auburn kicked it off with a 40-7 win over Georgia Southern!  We couldn't let a Southern holiday like this pass by without a photo shoot. I promised the girls only one picture if they would all cooperate.

And Rosemary's first game day called for her own photo shoot. She was happy football is finally here!
