Horses & Hotdogs!

Julia had a riding lesson this morning so we got up bright and early and ate breakfast before we headed to Dothan. We got there a little early so Julia got to make her rounds and tell everyone hey. This horse kept putting nudging Julia. Julia looked at me and said "hey, is there a horse on my head?"

This was the first time Julia had been back to a lesson since she fell off Lucy a few weeks ago. She was more cautious and focused today, so maybe the fall was actually a good thing!
Trotting!
After her lesson Mrs. Karen let Julia drive with Lucy with her. I don't even know if that's the right terminology. I really need a horses for dummies book because Julia knows lingo that I don't.
After Julia's lesson we went into Dothan and ate at Honey's Hotdogs. I had never eaten there, but Michael talks about it almost every time we go to Dothan. The girls have never met a hotdog they didn't like and my chili dog was the best I've had in a while.
 Silly girl!
When we got home Michael went out to Tyler's to shoot skeet. Julia and I had some one on one time while Charlotte napped. One of her favorite activities right now is to put the phone on forward facing camera and take crazy selfies. She thinks it's hilarious!
Tonight Michael and I went to a banquet for the Wiregrass Emergency Pregnancy Services. They celebrated 40 years with a dinner at St. John's Catholic Church. FBCE had a table with some empty seats so Lindsay and Ben asked us to join them. We really didn't know what we were going to, but we had a fun night out with just adults, a rare occasion twice in one weekend!
