Happy Girl!

"D" Day and 100 Days of School

DJ Charlotte took her disco ball to school today so her class could have a dance party! Miss Julie told her to bring her disco ball for a dance party every Friday so I think it was a success! 

And Julia celebrated 100 days of school today! 

Happy birthday, Tindol!

Charlotte had fun celebrating Tindol's birthday party at Enterprise Gymnstics Center. Happy birthday, Tindol!

Movie Date

We are loving our new movie theater and the movie passes we got for Christmas. I see lots of movie days in our future!

Q Day!

Charlotte took Queso and Quesadilla's for snack today for Q day! Everyone brought in their quilts for share day, Charlotte took her blanket, and made a blanket fort. Such a fun Q day! 

6 Month Check Up

Rosemary had her 6 month check up today. She weighed 14 lb 9 oz and was in the 20th percentile. We had to wait for her to finish her 8 ounce bottle to weigh her though so I'm guessing she's really more around 14 lbs 1 oz.  

She got a good report from Dr. Whitaker and got her next set of shots. Her eye is still matting up, but since it does seem to be improving we're going to watch until her 9 month appointment before he refers her. She also left with a prescription for an antibiotic for a double ear infection! I felt so bad that I didn't know she felt bad!

 

I got to take Charlotte to dance today, and they got costumes! She loved how sparkly it is! 

Julia got her hip hop costume tonight. She is loving this class even more than I thought she would!

I'm so excited that both my girls are loving dance again!

Aladdin Auditions

Julia had her first audition today! She tried out for a part in Southeast Alabama Dance Company's Aladdin. She was so excited to be selected as a Genie and can't wait for the performances March 8-11!

Kinky Boots

Michael and I took a quick trip to Birmingham today to see Meghan, Ed, and Kinky Boots! We had such a fun adult night out, even if I was skeptical about Kinky Boots.

The girls stayed with GranDi and Granddad. I don't think they're missing us too much!

Happy New Year! We got up this morning and headed home from the beach in time to celebrate Nana's birthday. Nana turned 82 today and Rosemary turned 6 months! The girls picked out these birthday hats last night when we were looking for New Years hats. We had a fun day celebrating 2 of our best girls!
