The Easter Bunny & the Choo Choo Train!

We took Julia to the mall tonight to see the Easter Bunny. I was pretty optimistic about how she would react since she enjoyed most of the characters at Disney. She ran straight up to him and turned around for me to take her picture. The photographer was busy helping the famliy in front of us pick pictures when Julia went up. By the time she turned around to take Julia's picture we were done! Luckily they let you take your own pictures instead of having to buy them.
Checking out the Easter Bunny

When we were waiting for the Easter Bunny (who was 20 minutes late coming back from his carrot break!) Julia spotted the train. She always wants to ride the carosuel at the mall and started shouted "horseys" when we turned in the parking lot. While we were waiting to see the Easter Bunny she started asking to ride the train so I told her if she was good for the Easter Bunny she could ride the horseys or the choo choo, but she had to chose one. After she saw the Easter Bunny I told her pick and she picked the train. She looked like such a big girl sitting up front by herself.

After she rode the train we went to the food court to eat. I was a little nervous because I was afraid Julia might have a melt down when I told her she couldn't ride the horsey's, but she only asked one time. When I told her she chose to ride the choo choo, but maybe she could ride the horsey next time she said "Ok" and didn't mention it again. I was so proud! It makes me so happy, but so sad to see how big she is getting!

Strolling

Julia insisted on taking her sippy and p pie for a stroll before school this morning!

When Pop picked Julia up from school today her teachers asked her if she had gone to Disney over Spring Break. He told them she had and they said she had told them all about it today!

On the way home from dinner at Cutt's tonight Julia was giving Michael directions, pointing and saying "that way". When we pulled in the driveway she said "where are we" to which I responded "I don't know, where are we?". Julia said "Wer'e home! We did it, Mama! We made it back!" She is so observant and so verbal. We have to watch *everything* we say around her! :)

WDW Day 4: Heading Home

Today was another long day of driving, but not before we had breakfast with Lilo and Stitch! We checked out of our hotel this morning and headed over to the Polynesian Resort for breakfast at O'hana.
We stayed in room 3135.
The lobby at the Polynesian was so pretty, we had to stop and take some pictures!
We got lei's while we were waiting to be seated.

Doesn't Julia look thrilled?!
We could see the castle from our table!
They had a parade at breakfast and gave everyone instruments. Julia thought her maraca was a chicken leg!
Julia & Lilo
Julia & Stitch
Pluto was there too!
And Mickey!

After breakfast we hit the road home! We stopped and got a snack on the way home. I let Julia go in and pick out her own drink and snack. Boy was she proud!
Loving on her new Minnie Mouse
Showing off her snack and drink
I knew a red drink and M & M's was going to be messy so we undressed before we got back in the car! :)
We got home early this evening. It was a great trip and I'm so glad we got to take Julia before Baby comes. It's back to work tomorrow, but summer break will be here before we know it!
