This morning Julia sat up when she woke up, looked at Nelli and said "Hey doggy. Woof woof." and laid back down and closed her eyes! It was hilarious! She certainly loves her doggies!
This afternoon I had a dentist appointment so she kept the office entertained while I had my teeth cleaned, then we headed to Dothan this evening for Sarah's birthday dinner.

Birthday Princess!
Julia loves bouncing on Sarah's trampoline like she does at gymnastics!

Cake time!
Happy 5th birthday, Sarah!
(Shannon had to persuade Sarah to get the Tangled cake instead of the Justin Bieber cake. She has Beiber Fever at 5!)
Julia woke up bright and early this morning so we decided to go to the beach for a little while before heading home. She's very hit or miss with her love for the beach right now. She would play in the sand all day if we would let her but somedays she loves the water and somedays she freaks out. She didn't dislike it too much today, but she sure had a tight grip on us in the water!

I think the picture on my right is my new favorite.
We took front beach road up to Pier Park to get some lunch at Margaritaville. We rolled Julia's window down & let her "cruise the strip". She waved and said "hey" to everyone that walked or drove by her window!
When we got back in town this afternoon we stopped by my mom's house to get Caddy and Michael's parents house to get Nelli. Julia has a tendancy to play in Nelli's kennel, but I've never seen in her Caddy's! She had her entire body in there, but was working her way out before I could get my camera! Michael had to take the top off to get her all the way out though. I hope she'll stick to Nelli's kennel next time!
Julia and I had a great time in Maryland, but it is nice to be home. I hope to get lots of laundry and relaxing done tomorrow!
Today was our week to work in the nursery during worship service. Six 1 year olds and lots of energy, but we managed!

Tonight was our first night of VBS for 2011! I am working in the "crawlers" class, even though they are all walking! We had fun reading our Bible story, making our craft, and playing with music instruments!

Julia had her first Baby Gym class today! She was the youngest one there and was pretty hesitant about it to begin with. She clung to me for a while, but towards the end she really warmed up to it. Her favorite thing was "bouncing" on the trampoline. She would sit on the trampoline and bounce her torso and giggle! She also swung on the rings and did a somersault on the "cheese wedge". I can't wait to see how she does at her next class!
Julia & I after her first Baby Gym class.
After Baby Gym we grabbed a quick lunch at McDonalds with Natalie and Harrison and were on our way to the beach! Before we got to ESCC Julia was OUT! I guess gymnastics is hard work!
Late this afternoon we went over to the beach for a little while. Julia was still a little apprehensive about the ocean, but she warmed back up to it pretty quickly. As usual, she loved playing in the sand, but luckily none went in her mouth this time!
