A Beautiful Day!

Today was such a pretty day with temperatures reaching 80 degrees so we decided to eat dinner out on the front porch.

If you ask Julia what's in her mouth, she responds by opening her mouth to show you! She also likes to ask where her food went and when you respond she opens her mouth to show you it's in there.

She could see the neighbors television from her high chair and kept pointing at it and saying "TV".

When Julia was done eating she wanted to get out of her high chair so I told her she could get down, but she had to stay on the porch. She kept trying to sneak off, but would come back when we told her no. She got Michael's empty Coke bottle off the table and walked over to the steps and threw it down. When she looked to see if we saw her do it she said "Oh my. Oopsie. Daddy's milk. JuJu dropped it." and then attempted to get off the porch to get it! We let her break out and walk to the street with me to get the newspaper. She high tailed it down there and then realized we were turning around to go back to the porch and slowed her pace down considerably!

Julia has been fighting allergies this week, so we gave her some Benadryl before bed in hopes of a good nights sleep. She has slept in her bed all night 3 out of the past 5 nights and we didn't even attempt her bed one of those nights because Michael and I were so tired, so we're making progress! I just hope it continues, although I do miss snuggling with her when she sleeps in her bed!
