Boat Fun!

Michael and Tyler got up early this morning and went fishing. Charity, Julia and I slept in and met them at St. Andrews State Park for a picnic lunch. Julia was more interested in chasing the squirrels and trying to sneak off to play on the playground than eating her lunch.

After lunch we went on a short little boat ride. Julia loved being on the boat, but she did throw her sunglasses overboard!

Julia kept asking to see a dolphin, but we hadn't seen any all day. On the way back Tyler spotted 2 out in front of us. He stopped the boat and beat on the side of it to try to attract it. We were all looking out in front for them and realized it was RIGHT beside us! We had to pull Julia's hand back to keep her from petting it! 

We headed home this evening for Betsy's 2nd birthday party. Julia kept us entertained with her dance moves in the car. She was in a semi talkative mood so I took advantage of her chattiness and got her to say some phrases on video. I love her sweet little voice!

We got home from Betsy's school bus birthday party a few minutes ago and now we are ready to crash! We had a fun week/weekend, but it feels good to be home!
