We got up this morning and headed over to the beach for about an hour. I think that was all that Michael could handle and Julia was getting restless. She had fun playing in the sand, but wasn't as brave when it came to the water! She wanted to get in, but once she got in she wanted to get out!

There were 2 kids that sat next to us on the beach and Julia enjoyed playing with them. The little boy and Julia shared the same birthday! They both turned 2 on Wednesday!

Once we got showered and dressed we headed down to Pier Park for lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings and to ride the "horsey" before we came back home. One day I'm going to remember to take the camera and/or video camera with me on the merry-go-round so that I can get her reaction to it. She spends almost the whole ride saying "Whee! It fun!" or "We made it!".

Now we are home, unpacked and getting ready for tomorrow. Michael is trying to get Julia to sleep, but she has been pretty wound up tonight and from the sounds of things it doesn't sound like he's having much luck! Only 3 more Monday morning wake-ups before summer vacation!
